We roast our beans in small batches daily. Each bag is stamped with a 'Roasted On' date and features a one-way degassing valve to preserve peak flavor during transit.
What is the typical shipping timeline for orders?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of roasting. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Can I set up a recurring coffee subscription?
Yes! You can choose your favorite blend and set a delivery frequency of every 1, 2, or 4 weeks. Subscribers also receive a 15% discount on every order.
Do you offer pre-ground coffee or only whole beans?
We offer both. You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum freshness or choose from our grind settings including Drip, Espresso, or French Press to suit your brewing method.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
