At Buddy Brew Coffee, we want you to love every sip, which is why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all roasted coffee and brewing equipment. If your order isn't perfect, we are committed to making it right through a replacement or a full refund.

Email our Brew Crew at [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase with your order number and the reason for your return.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label for equipment or damaged goods.
Pack Your Items
Securely package the items in their original packaging. For safety reasons, opened bags of coffee do not need to be mailed back, but equipment must include all original parts.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received or your coffee claim is verified, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
